Being human means being imperfect. It also guarantees that you don’t know everything there is to know. Many leaders, however, are afraid of such exposure. They fear that others will see their humanity. But the unknown is the sweet spot. That is where a leader can extend an invitation to others to venture an unknown wilderness together.
