When you begin a formal leadership role, you are told what to lead: a specific team, a specific function, a specific project, all with specific expectations. But guidance on HOW to lead is not often provided.
Our Programs are different because we teach leaders what and how.

PURPOSE

In this module, leaders will develop self-awareness through exploration, discovery, and reflection. Our leaders will identify and declare their purpose and values so they will first be grounded in who they are. Leaders will begin to write their stories focused on the question WHY.
SERVICE

This module explores a leader’s role. Leaders will create language and clarity around WHAT kind of leader they will be.
CONNECTION

Leaders will study hard-wiring and core elements of human needs. This module dives deep into the importance and power of human connection and explores related values and impact.
In this module, our leaders will determine and embrace HOW they will lead.
COLLECTIVE
04
This module creates awareness and perspective of WHO the leader will intentionally engage and ultimately impact.
MOMENTUM
05
Leaders will develop an understanding of how to inspire and motivate others.
In this module, our leaders will create clarity of WHERE their path will venture.
LEGACY
06
Leaders will create clarity and definition of a story well-written and a life well-lived.
This module closes the series by threading a tapestry of WHY, WHAT, HOW, WHO, WHERE, and WHEN.

Within each module, we teach foundational skills and provide practical tools that are immediately actionable.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Practical engagement tools and activities designed to be used in-person or virtually.
Series’ coursework will conclude with a capstone project which will serve as a final representation of your learning and growth.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a certification badge to signify your leadership credentials on professional and social platforms.
